CHBA National Awards for Housing Excellence, Best Bathroom Winner
Gemstone Construction is extremely proud to have represented Ottawa on a national scale as the only Ottawa-area builder to receive a 2023 CHBA National Award for Housing Excellence. Gemstone won in the category of Best Bathroom renovation for a beautiful custom, his and her bathroom, that also won the GOHBA Custom Bathroom award.

We are thrilled to have had our custom master ensuite within our Winding Way project receive the GOHBA 2022 Custom Bathroom (101ft or more) winning title. This beautiful custom space features a “his side” in dark tones, and a “her side” in light tones, with an enormous shared glassed-in shower room creating a central connection. The duality of this space has earned it the name “Opposites {Elegantly} Attract.”
